Orders Process

Your trust in Aswaq international is highly appreciated; we are pleased that you become a member of our customers. In order to finalize your request after confirming the quotation to be an official purchase request agreement you need to do the following: 
  1. A final copy from the agreement which include all the details that organize the deal will be sent to you for revision. Please receive it and go through it carefully. For more details, click here.
  2. After revision, please sign the agreement, stamp it with the company seal and send it back to us within the same email.
  3. The agreed down payment should be paid by the way suits you more. For more details about paying methods please click here.
  4. In case your request was to place your logo over the selected products, you should contact our customer service and Designs departments to review the designs of the logo, approve it and sign on that. The approved designs should be sent back to us within the same email. For more details, click here.
  5. In case you request samples of the agreed items, we are pleased to provide it, but we will need your approval for the extra time to implement the samples, shipping time and cost via express companies. For more details, click here.
  6. Goods Delivery: The delivery will be in our warehouses in Guangzhou, or any place you may request by a formal letter in the district of Guangzhou unless we agreed on something different in the signed agreement. For more details, click here
 
The agreement:
is the document that includes all the details that organize the deal and determine the agreement type. It should contain the following:
  • The names and role of the signatories on the agreement.
  • The products data, colors and specifications.
  • The Agreed quantities
  • The agreed implementation period.
  • Method of payments and mechanism
  • The delivery place according to the agreement.
  • Any comments between the Aswaq International and customers.
 
 Down payment completion:
The customer must complete the agreed down payment in order to start calculating the period stipulated in the agreement; otherwise Aswaq is not responsible for any delay may accrue in delivery of the goods.
Payment can be made according to the agreed method through a money transfer to Aswaq International bank account in Malaysia. The account number:

Agreement Attachments (Designs)
When requesting any products demands adding the logo, you should contact our customer service and coordinate with them to finalize the designs unless your already have your own. If so please send them to our customer service to view, review and conform the ability to use the designs. The agreed designs considered a part form the agreement so it should be reviewed carefully to avoid any mistakes while manufacturing.
 
The agreed designs should clarify the following
  1. The logo colors and the way of printing.
  1. Printing locations on the product
  1. The agreed colors of products.
 
 
Delivery and shipping options:
  1. The delivery will be in our warehouses in Guangzhou.
  1. Delivering the products to your agent or any address in Guangzhou city.
  1. Coordinating with express companies for DOOR TO DOOR delivery to your desired address.
  1. Delivery to the nearest port.
  1. Shipping to your desired port by sea shipping (should be coordinated with our customer service).
  1. Shipping to any desired country thorough airmail.
  1. Shipping through express companies like DHL, FedEx, Aramex, TNT or any other desired express service.
